15 For he cast two pillars of brass: the height of a pillar was eighteen cubits, and a thread of twelve cubits did compass [a]either of the pillars.

16 And he made two [b]chapiters of molten brass to set on the tops of the pillars: the height of one of the chapiters was five cubits, and the height of the other chapiter was five cubits.

17 He made grates like network and [c]wreathen work like chains for the chapiters that were on the top of the pillars, even seven for the one chapiter, and seven for the other chapiter.
