²⁹ That thine eyes may be open toward this house, night and day, even toward the place whereof thou hast said, ^(A)My Name shall be there: that thou mayest hearken unto the prayer which thy servant prayeth in this place.

³ And the Lord said unto him, I have heard thy prayer and thy supplication, that thou hast made before me: I have hallowed this house (which thou hast built) to ^(A)put my Name there forever, and mine eyes, and my heart shall be there perpetually.

⁷ And fifty men of the sons of the Prophets went and stood on the other side a far off, and they two stood by Jordan.
