⁴ As for you, ^(A)if you will walk before Me as your father David walked, in integrity of heart and uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded you and will keep My statutes and My judgments,

⁸ and ^(A)tore the kingdom away from the house of David and gave it to you—^(B)yet you have not been like My servant David, who kept My commandments and who walked after Me with all his heart, ^(C)to do only that which was right in My sight;

⁶ And they were both ^(A)righteous in the sight of God, walking ^(B)blamelessly in all the commandments and righteous requirements of the ^[a]Lord.
