³⁸ Lysias chose Ptolemy son of Dorymenes and Nicanor and Gorgias, able men among the Friends of the king,^(A)

⁶⁵ Thus the king honored him and enrolled him among his First Friends and made him general and governor of the province.^(A)

²⁶ the king treated him as his predecessors had treated him; he exalted him in the presence of all his Friends.^(A)

²⁷ He confirmed him in the high priesthood and in as many other honors as he had formerly had and caused him to be reckoned among his First Friends.^(A)
