9 Resist him, steadfast in faith, knowing that your fellow believers throughout the world undergo the same sufferings. 10 The God of all grace who called you to his eternal glory through Christ [Jesus] will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you after you have suffered a little.(A) 11 To him be dominion forever. 9 Resist him,(A) standing firm in the faith,(B) because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.(C)
10 And the God of all grace, who called you(D) to his eternal glory(E) in Christ, after you have suffered a little while,(F) will himself restore you and make you strong,(G) firm and steadfast. 11 To him be the power for ever and ever. Amen.(H)
