1 Samuel 2:33-35
The Voice
33 “Any of your family not cut off will grieve continually and will cry their eyes out. All the other members of your household will die violently in the prime of life. 34 The fate of your sons Hophni and Phinehas will be a sign of the future. Both of them will die on the very same day. 35 I will raise up a faithful priest who will do what I desire and purpose in My heart and mind. I will build him a secure house, and he will go in and out before My anointed one continually.

New International Version
33 Every one of you that I do not cut off from serving at my altar I will spare only to destroy your sight and sap your strength, and all your descendants(A) will die in the prime of life.
34 “‘And what happens to your two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, will be a sign(B) to you—they will both die(C) on the same day.(D) 35 I will raise up for myself a faithful priest,(E) who will do according to what is in my heart and mind. I will firmly establish his priestly house, and they will minister before my anointed(F) one always.
