¹¹ Will the men of Keilah surrender me into his hand? Will Saul come down just as Your servant has heard? O Lord God of Israel, I pray, tell Your servant.” And the Lord said, “He will come down.” ¹² Then David said, “Will the men of Keilah surrender me and my men into the hand of Saul?” And the Lord said, “^(A)They will surrender you.”

^9 (A)The man of God sent word to the king of Israel saying, “Beware that you do not pass this place, for the Arameans are coming down there.” ¹⁰ The king of Israel sent to the place about which the man of God had told him; thus he warned him, so that he guarded himself there, ^[a]more than once or twice.

⁶ And He said to me, “Son of man, do you see what they are doing, the great ^(A)abominations which the house of Israel are committing here, so that I would be far from My sanctuary? But yet you will see still greater abominations.”
