8 So they called all the Philistine rulers together(A) and asked, “What should we do with the ark of Israel’s God?”
“The ark of Israel’s God should be moved to Gath,” they replied. So the men of Ashdod moved the ark.

6 Uzziah went out to wage war against the Philistines,(A) and he tore down the wall of Gath, the wall of Jabneh, and the wall of Ashdod. Then he built cities in the vicinity of Ashdod and among the Philistines.
