1 Samuel 7:4-6
Young's Literal Translation
4 And the sons of Israel turn aside the Baalim and Ashtaroth, and serve Jehovah alone;
5 and Samuel saith, `Gather all Israel to Mizpeh, and I pray for you unto Jehovah.'
6 And they are gathered to Mizpeh, and draw water, and pour out before Jehovah, and fast on that day, and say there, `We have sinned against Jehovah;' and Samuel judgeth the sons of Israel in Mizpeh.

New International Version
4 So the Israelites put away their Baals and Ashtoreths, and served the Lord only.
5 Then Samuel(A) said, “Assemble all Israel at Mizpah,(B) and I will intercede(C) with the Lord for you.” 6 When they had assembled at Mizpah,(D) they drew water and poured(E) it out before the Lord. On that day they fasted and there they confessed, “We have sinned against the Lord.” Now Samuel was serving as leader[a](F) of Israel at Mizpah.
