¹⁰and to wait for his Son from heaven,^(A) whom he raised from the dead^(B)—Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath.^(C)

²⁸So now, little children, remain in Him, so that when He appears^(A) we may have boldness and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.^(B)

²⁸And now, dear children,^(A) continue in him, so that when he appears^(B) we may be confident^(C) and unashamed before him at his coming.^(D)
