4 that each one of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, 5 not in the lust of depravity, even as the Gentiles who do not know God, 6 and that no man take advantage of and defraud his brother in any matter, because the Lord is the avenger in all these things, as we also have forewarned you and testified.

4 that each of you should learn to control your own body[a](A) in a way that is holy and honorable, 5 not in passionate lust(B) like the pagans,(C) who do not know God;(D) 6 and that in this matter no one should wrong or take advantage of a brother or sister.[b](E) The Lord will punish(F) all those who commit such sins,(G) as we told you and warned you before.
