15 and this will be made manifest at the proper time by the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords, 16 who alone has immortality and dwells in unapproachable light, whom no man has ever seen or can see. To him be honor and eternal dominion. Amen.
17 As for the rich in this world, charge them not to be haughty, nor to set their hopes on uncertain riches but on God who richly furnishes us with everything to enjoy.

15 which God will bring about in his own time(A)—God, the blessed(B) and only Ruler,(C) the King of kings and Lord of lords,(D) 16 who alone is immortal(E) and who lives in unapproachable light,(F) whom no one has seen or can see.(G) To him be honor and might forever. Amen.(H)
17 Command those who are rich(I) in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth,(J) which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God,(K) who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.(L)
