Uzzah and the Ark

^5 (A)So David assembled all Israel ^(B)from the ^(C)Nile^[a] of Egypt to Lebo-hamath, to bring the ark of God ^(D)from Kiriath-jearim. ^6 (E)And David and all Israel went up to ^(F)Baalah, that is, to Kiriath-jearim that belongs to Judah, to bring up from there the ark of God, which is called by the name of the Lord who ^(G)sits enthroned above the cherubim.

¹⁷ And the people of Israel set out and reached their cities on the third day. ^(A)Now their cities were Gibeon, Chephirah, Beeroth, and Kiriath-jearim.

¹⁴ Then the boundary goes in another direction, turning on the ^(A)western side southwards from the mountain that lies to the south, opposite Beth-horon, and it ends at Kiriath-baal (^(B)that is, Kiriath-jearim), a city belonging to the people of Judah. This forms the western side.
