²⁶ Solomon had four^[a] thousand stalls for chariot horses,^(A) and twelve thousand horses.^[b]

¹⁹ as well as all his store cities^(A) and the towns for his chariots^(B) and for his horses^[a]—whatever he desired to build in Jerusalem, in Lebanon and throughout all the territory he ruled.

¹⁴ Solomon accumulated chariots^(A) and horses; he had fourteen hundred chariots and twelve thousand horses,^[a] which he kept in the chariot cities and also with him in Jerusalem.
