⁸ So Hiram sent word to Solomon:

¹⁰ In this way Hiram kept Solomon supplied with all the cedar and juniper logs he wanted,

⁷ He built the throne hall, the Hall of Justice, where he was to judge,^(A) and he covered it with cedar from floor to ceiling.^[a](B)

¹⁶ as well as the thresholds and the narrow windows^(A) and galleries around the three of them—everything beyond and including the threshold was covered with wood. The floor, the wall up to the windows, and the windows were covered.^(B)
