¹² If others have this right to receive benefits from you, don’t we even more? Nevertheless, we have not made use of this right; instead, we endure everything^(A) so that we will not hinder the gospel of Christ.

Joy and Repentance

² Make room for us in your hearts. We have wronged no one, corrupted^(A) no one, taken advantage of no one.

⁹ When I was present with you and in need, I did not burden anyone, since the brothers who came from Macedonia^(A) supplied my needs.^(B) I have kept myself, and will keep myself, from burdening you in any way.
