1 Samuel 2:8

8 He raises the poor from the dust(A)
and lifts the needy from the garbage pile.(B)
He seats them with noblemen(C)
and gives them a throne of honor.[a]
For the foundations of the earth are the Lord’s;(D)
He has set the world on them.(E)
