11 [a] The Lord’s message came to Solomon: 12 “As for this temple you are building, if you follow[b] my rules, observe[c] my regulations, and obey all my commandments,[d] I will fulfill through you the promise I made to your father David.[e] 13 I will live among the Israelites and will not abandon my people Israel.”
14 So Solomon finished building the temple.[f]
