But the Ark of God had David brought up from Kirjath Jearim, when David had made preparation for it: for he had pitched a tent for it in Jerusalem.

Moreover, the [a]brazen altar (A)that Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur had made, did he set before the Tabernacle of the Lord: and Solomon and the Congregation sought it.

And Solomon offered there before the Lord upon the brazen altar that was in the Tabernacle of the Congregation: (B)even a thousand burnt offerings offered he upon it.

Now David had brought up the ark(A) of God from Kiriath Jearim to the place he had prepared for it, because he had pitched a tent(B) for it in Jerusalem. But the bronze altar(C) that Bezalel(D) son of Uri, the son of Hur, had made was in Gibeon in front of the tabernacle of the Lord; so Solomon and the assembly inquired(E) of him there. Solomon went up to the bronze altar before the Lord in the tent of meeting and offered a thousand burnt offerings on it.
