2 Chronicles 14:4-6
International Standard Version
4 commanding Judah to seek the Lord God of their ancestors and to keep the Law and the commandments. 5 He also removed the high places and incense altars from all of the cities of Judah. As a result, the kingdom enjoyed rest under Asa’s leadership.[a]
6 Asa[b] built fortified cities throughout Judah while the land lay undisturbed, because the Lord had given him peace so that no one went to war against him during those years.

4 He commanded Judah to seek the Lord,(A) the God of their ancestors, and to obey his laws and commands. 5 He removed the high places(B) and incense altars(C) in every town in Judah, and the kingdom was at peace under him. 6 He built up the fortified cities of Judah, since the land was at peace. No one was at war with him during those years, for the Lord gave him rest.(D)
