⁹ For ^(A)the eyes of the Lord move to and fro throughout the earth that He may strongly support those ^(B)whose heart is completely His. You have acted foolishly in this. Indeed, from now on you will surely have wars.”

^19 (A)great in counsel and mighty in deed, whose ^(B)eyes are open to all the ways of the sons of men, ^(C)giving to everyone according to his ways and according to the fruit of his deeds;

¹⁰ For who has despised the day of ^(A)small things? ^[a]But these ^(B)seven will be glad when they see the ^[b](C)plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel—these are the ^(D)eyes of the Lord which ^(E)range to and fro throughout the earth.”
