Legacy Standard Bible
23 Indeed, the sons of Ammon and Moab stood against the inhabitants of Mount Seir to devote them to destruction and to utterly eradicate them; and when they had finished with the inhabitants of Seir, (A)they helped to bring one another to ruin.
24 Now Judah came to the lookout of the wilderness, and they turned toward the multitude, and behold, they were corpses fallen on the ground, and no one had escaped. 25 So Jehoshaphat and his people came to take their spoil and found much among them, including goods, [a]garments, and valuable things which they took for themselves, more than they could carry. And they were three days taking the spoil because there was so much.

New International Version
23 The Ammonites(A) and Moabites rose up against the men from Mount Seir(B) to destroy and annihilate them. After they finished slaughtering the men from Seir, they helped to destroy one another.(C)
24 When the men of Judah came to the place that overlooks the desert and looked toward the vast army, they saw only dead bodies lying on the ground; no one had escaped. 25 So Jehoshaphat and his men went to carry off their plunder, and they found among them a great amount of equipment and clothing[a] and also articles of value—more than they could take away. There was so much plunder that it took three days to collect it.
