2 Chronicles 3:15-17
The Message
15-17 He made two huge free-standing pillars, each fifty-two feet tall, their capitals extending another seven and a half feet. The top of each pillar was set off with an elaborate filigree of chains, like necklaces, from which hung a hundred pomegranates. He placed the pillars in front of The Temple, one on the right, and the other on the left. The right pillar he named Jakin (Security) and the left pillar he named Boaz (Stability).

New International Version
15 For the front of the temple he made two pillars,(A) which together were thirty-five cubits[a] long, each with a capital(B) five cubits high. 16 He made interwoven chains[b](C) and put them on top of the pillars. He also made a hundred pomegranates(D) and attached them to the chains. 17 He erected the pillars in the front of the temple, one to the south and one to the north. The one to the south he named Jakin[c] and the one to the north Boaz.[d]
