2 Chronicles 34:19-21

19 Now it happened that when the king heard (A)the words of the law, (B)he tore his clothes. 20 Then the king commanded Hilkiah, Ahikam the son of Shaphan, [a]Abdon the son of Micah, Shaphan the scribe, and Asaiah the king’s servant, saying, 21 “Go, inquire of Yahweh for me and those who are left in Israel and in Judah, concerning the words of the book which has been found, for (C)great is the wrath of Yahweh which is poured out against us, because our fathers have not kept the word of Yahweh, to do according to all that is written in this book.”

2 Chronicles 34:19-21
New International Version
19 When the king heard the words of the Law,(A) he tore(B) his robes. 20 He gave these orders to Hilkiah, Ahikam son of Shaphan(C), Abdon son of Micah,[a] Shaphan the secretary and Asaiah the king’s attendant: 21 “Go and inquire of the Lord for me and for the remnant in Israel and Judah about what is written in this book that has been found. Great is the Lord’s anger that is poured out(D) on us because those who have gone before us have not kept the word of the Lord; they have not acted in accordance with all that is written in this book.”
