23 And all the kings of the earth sought the presence of Solomon to hear his wisdom which God had put into his mind.

24 And every man brought his tribute: silver and gold articles, robes, armor, spices, horses, and mules, so much year by year.

25 Solomon had 4,000 stalls for horses and chariots, and 12,000 horsemen, stationed in chariot cities or at Jerusalem with the king.(A)

23 All the kings(A) of the earth sought audience with Solomon to hear the wisdom God had put in his heart. 24 Year after year, everyone who came brought a gift(B)—articles of silver and gold, and robes, weapons and spices, and horses and mules.

25 Solomon had four thousand stalls for horses and chariots,(C) and twelve thousand horses,[a] which he kept in the chariot cities and also with him in Jerusalem.
