2 Corinthians 1:10-12

10 Who delivered us from so [a]great a death, and doth deliver us: in whom we trust, that yet hereafter he will deliver us.
11 (A)[b]So that ye labor together in prayer for us, [c]that for the gift bestowed upon us for many, thanks may be given by many persons for us.
12 [d]For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly [e]pureness, and not in fleshly wisdom, but by the [f]grace of God we have had our conversation in the world, and most of all to youwards.

10 He has delivered us from such a deadly peril,(A) and he will deliver us again. On him we have set our hope(B) that he will continue to deliver us, 11 as you help us by your prayers.(C) Then many will give thanks(D) on our behalf for the gracious favor granted us in answer to the prayers of many.

12 Now this is our boast: Our conscience(E) testifies that we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially in our relations with you, with integrity[a](F) and godly sincerity.(G) We have done so, relying not on worldly wisdom(H) but on God’s grace.
