¹⁷ Then King Ahaz ^(A)cut off the borders of the stands, and removed the wash basin from them; he also ^(B)took down the ^[a]Sea from the bronze oxen which were under it and put it on a pavement of stone.

^13 (A)Now the Chaldeans smashed to pieces the bronze pillars which were in the house of the Lord, and the stands and ^(B)the bronze ^[a]Sea which were in the house of the Lord, and carried the ^[b]bronze to Babylon.
