14 I will abandon the remnant of My inheritance and deliver them into the hand of their enemies, and they will become as plunder and spoil to all their enemies; 15 because they have done evil in My sight, and have been provoking Me to anger since the day their fathers came from Egypt, even to this day.’”
16 (A)Moreover, Manasseh shed very much innocent blood until he had filled Jerusalem from one end to another; besides his sin (B)with which he made Judah sin, in doing evil in the sight of the Lord.

New International Version
14 I will forsake(A) the remnant(B) of my inheritance and give them into the hands of enemies. They will be looted and plundered by all their enemies; 15 they have done evil(C) in my eyes and have aroused(D) my anger from the day their ancestors came out of Egypt until this day.”
16 Moreover, Manasseh also shed so much innocent blood(E) that he filled Jerusalem from end to end—besides the sin that he had caused Judah(F) to commit, so that they did evil in the eyes of the Lord.
