¹² King Jehoiachin of Judah, along with his mother, his servants, his commanders, and his officials,^[a] surrendered to the king of Babylon.^(A)

So the king of Babylon took him captive in the eighth year of his reign.

²⁶ I will hurl you and the mother who gave birth^(A) to you into another land,^(B) where neither of you were born, and there you will both die.
