13 (A)He also brought out from there all the treasures of the house of the Lord, and the treasures of the king’s house, and he (B)smashed all the articles of gold (C)that Solomon king of Israel had made in the temple of the Lord, just as the Lord had said. 14 Then (D)he led into exile all the people of Jerusalem and all the commanders and all the valiant warriors, (E)ten thousand exiles, and (F)all the craftsmen and the smiths. None were left (G)except the poorest people of the land.

15 So (H)he led Jehoiachin into exile to Babylon; also the king’s mother, the king’s wives, and his officials and the leading men of the land, he led into exile from Jerusalem to Babylon.

13 As the Lord had declared,(A) Nebuchadnezzar removed the treasures(B) from the temple of the Lord and from the royal palace, and cut up the gold articles(C) that Solomon(D) king of Israel had made for the temple of the Lord. 14 He carried all Jerusalem into exile:(E) all the officers and fighting men,(F) and all the skilled workers and artisans—a total of ten thousand. Only the poorest(G) people of the land were left.

15 Nebuchadnezzar took Jehoiachin(H) captive to Babylon. He also took from Jerusalem to Babylon the king’s mother,(I) his wives, his officials and the prominent people(J) of the land.
