17 Then the king of Babylon made Mattaniah, Jehoiachin’s[a] uncle,[b] king in his place and changed his name to Zedekiah.(A)
Judah’s King Zedekiah
18 Zedekiah(B) was 21 years old when he became king(C) and reigned 11 years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Hamutal(D) daughter of Jeremiah, from Libnah. 19 Zedekiah did what was evil in the Lord’s sight just as Jehoiakim had done.(E)

New International Version
17 He made Mattaniah, Jehoiachin’s uncle, king in his place and changed his name to Zedekiah.(A)
Zedekiah King of Judah(B)
18 Zedekiah(C) was twenty-one years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem eleven years. His mother’s name was Hamutal(D) daughter of Jeremiah; she was from Libnah. 19 He did evil(E) in the eyes of the Lord, just as Jehoiakim had done.

17 And the king of Babylon made Mattaniah his father's brother king in his stead, and changed his name to Zedekiah.
18 Zedekiah was twenty and one years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Hamutal, the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.
19 And he did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, according to all that Jehoiakim had done.
