28 He spoke kindly to him and gave him a seat above the seats of the other kings who were with him in Babylon. 29 So Jehoiachin changed his prison clothes, and he ate bread continually in the king’s presence all the days of his life. 30 A regular allowance was given to him from the king, for his daily needs, all the days of his life.

28 He spoke kindly(A) to him and gave him a seat of honor(B) higher than those of the other kings who were with him in Babylon. 29 So Jehoiachin put aside his prison clothes and for the rest of his life ate regularly at the king’s table.(C) 30 Day by day the king gave Jehoiachin a regular allowance as long as he lived.(D)
