23 Joram turned his chariot[a] and fled and said to Ahaziah, “It’s treason, Ahaziah!” 24 Then Jehu drew his bow[b] and shot Joram between his shoulders so that the arrow went out from his heart, and he slumped down in his chariot. 25 He said to Bidkar his third servant, “Lift him out and throw him on the plot of the field of Naboth the Jezreelite, for remember, you and I were with the pair of chariots behind Ahab his father when Yahweh pronounced this oracle against him:

New International Version
23 Joram turned about and fled, calling out to Ahaziah, “Treachery,(A) Ahaziah!”
24 Then Jehu drew his bow(B) and shot Joram between the shoulders. The arrow pierced his heart and he slumped down in his chariot. 25 Jehu said to Bidkar, his chariot officer, “Pick him up and throw him on the field that belonged to Naboth the Jezreelite. Remember how you and I were riding together in chariots behind Ahab his father when the Lord spoke this prophecy(C) against him:
