2 May grace and peace be multiplied to you in[a] the knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord.
Because of All That God Has Given Us, Diligently Add To Your Faith These God-Like Qualities
3 Because-of His divine power having granted[b] us all things pertaining-to life and godliness through the knowledge of the One having called us by [c] His own glory and virtue[d], 4 through which qualities[e] He has granted us the precious and greatest things-promised in order that through these[f] you might become sharers of the divine nature[g], having escaped-from the corruption in the world by evil desire;

3 His divine power(C) has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him(D) who called us(E) by his own glory and goodness. 4 Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises,(F) so that through them you may participate in the divine nature,(G) having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.(H)
