14 Therefore, dear friends, because you[a] are waiting for these things, make every effort to be found at peace, spotless and unblemished in him. 15 And regard the patience of our Lord as salvation, just as also our dear brother Paul wrote to you, according to the wisdom that was given to him,

14 So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless(B) and at peace with him. 15 Bear in mind that our Lord’s patience(C) means salvation,(D) just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him.(E)
