²⁷Three sons^(A) and a daughter were born to Absalom. His daughter’s name was Tamar,^(B) and she became a beautiful woman.

²⁷And unto Absalom there were born three sons, and one daughter, whose name was Tamar: she was a woman of a fair countenance.

⁹All these were the sons of David, besides his sons by his concubines. And Tamar^(A) was their sister.^(B)
