2 Samuel 15:26-28

26 But if he is not pleased with me, then he must do to me whatever he decides is right.’
27 Then the king said to Zadok the priest, ‘You do not know what will happen. So go safely back into the city, both you and Abiathar. Take your son Ahimaaz and Abiathar's son Jonathan with you. 28 I will wait at the place in the desert where we go across the river. I will wait there until I receive a message from you.’

26 But if he says, ‘I am not pleased with you,’ then I am ready; let him do to me whatever seems good to him.(A)”
27 The king also said to Zadok the priest, “Do you understand?(B) Go back to the city with my blessing. Take your son Ahimaaz with you, and also Abiathar’s son Jonathan.(C) You and Abiathar return with your two sons. 28 I will wait at the fords(D) in the wilderness until word comes from you to inform me.”
