35 The priests Zadok and Abiathar will be with you there. So whatever you hear from the king’s house, tell it to the priests Zadok and Abiathar. 36 Their two sons are with them there, Zadok’s son Ahimaaz and Abiathar’s son Jonathan; and by them you shall report to me everything you hear.’ 37 So Hushai, David’s friend, came into the city, just as Absalom was entering Jerusalem.

35 Won’t the priests Zadok and Abiathar be there with you? Tell them anything you hear in the king’s palace.(A) 36 Their two sons, Ahimaaz(B) son of Zadok and Jonathan(C) son of Abiathar, are there with them. Send them to me with anything you hear.”
37 So Hushai,(D) David’s confidant, arrived at Jerusalem as Absalom(E) was entering the city.
