¹⁸And the ^(A)three sons of Zeruiah were there, Joab, Abishai, and Asahel. Now Asahel was ^(B)as swift of foot as a wild gazelle.

¹⁸The three sons of Zeruiah^(A) were there: Joab,^(B) Abishai^(C) and Asahel.^(D) Now Asahel was as fleet-footed as a wild gazelle.^(E)

⁷^(A)Asahel the brother of Joab was fourth, for the fourth month, and his son Zebadiah after him; in his division were 24,000.

⁷The fourth, for the fourth month, was Asahel^(A) the brother of Joab; his son Zebadiah was his successor. There were 24,000 men in his division.
