14 And David danced before the Lord with all his might and was wearing priests’ clothing.[a] 15 So Israel brought home the Ark of the Lord with much shouting and blowing of trumpets.
16 (But as the procession came into the city, Michal, Saul’s daughter, watched from a window and saw King David leaping and dancing before the Lord; and she was filled with contempt for him.)

14 Wearing a linen ephod,(A) David was dancing(B) before the Lord with all his might, 15 while he and all Israel were bringing up the ark of the Lord with shouts(C) and the sound of trumpets.(D)
16 As the ark of the Lord was entering the City of David,(E) Michal(F) daughter of Saul watched from a window. And when she saw King David leaping and dancing before the Lord, she despised him in her heart.
