¹⁶ And ^(A)your house and your kingdom shall be established forever before ^[a]you. Your throne shall be established forever.” ’ ”

⁴ that the Lord may ^(A)fulfill His word which He spoke concerning me, saying, ^(B)‘If your sons take heed to their way, to ^(C)walk before Me in truth with all their heart and with all their soul,’ He said, ^(D)‘you shall not lack a man on the throne of Israel.’

³² He will be great, ^(A)and will be called the Son of the Highest; and ^(B)the Lord God will give Him the ^(C)throne of His ^(D)father David.
