¹⁴ Now according to the ordinance of his father David, he appointed ^(A)the divisions of the priests for their service, and ^(B)the Levites for their duties of praise and ministering before the priests according to the daily rule, and ^(C)the gatekeepers by their divisions at every gate; for this is what ^(D)David, the man of God, had commanded.

⁴ They also celebrated the ^(A)Feast of ^[a]Booths, ^(B)as it is written, and offered ^[b]the prescribed number of burnt offerings daily, ^(C)according to the ordinance, ^[c]as each day required;
