²until the day he was taken up to heaven,^(A) after giving instructions^(B) through the Holy Spirit to the apostles^(C) he had chosen.^(D)

²Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen:

⁹And when he had said these things, as they were looking on, ^(A)he was lifted up, and ^(B)a cloud took him out of their sight.

⁹After he said this, he was taken up^(A) before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.

⁹And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
