22 And they said, “Cornelius, a centurion, a righteous and God-fearing man—and well spoken of by the whole nation of the Jews—was directed by a holy angel to summon you to his house and to hear words from you.” 23 So he invited them in and[a] entertained them as guests, and on the next day he got up and[b] went away with them. And some of the brothers from Joppa accompanied him. 24 And on the next day he entered into Caesarea.

Now Cornelius was waiting for them, and[c] had called together his relatives and close friends.

The next day Peter started out with them, and some of the believers(C) from Joppa went along.(D) 24 The following day he arrived in Caesarea.(E) Cornelius was expecting them and had called together his relatives and close friends.
