29 “These Jews did all the bad things that the Scriptures said would happen to Jesus. Then they took Jesus down from the cross and put him in a tomb. 30 But God raised him up from death! 31 After this, for many days, those who had gone with Jesus from Galilee to Jerusalem saw him. They are now his witnesses to our people.

29 When they had carried out all that was written about him,(A) they took him down from the cross(B) and laid him in a tomb.(C) 30 But God raised him from the dead,(D) 31 and for many days he was seen by those who had traveled with him from Galilee to Jerusalem.(E) They are now his witnesses(F) to our people.

29 And when they had fulfilled all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre.
30 But God raised him from the dead:
31 And he was seen many days of them which came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are his witnesses unto the people.
