24 Forasmuch as we have heard, that some going out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls; to whom we gave no commandment:
25 It hath seemed good to us, being assembled together, to choose out men, and to send them unto you, with our well beloved Barnabas and Paul:

23 With them they sent the following letter:
The apostles and elders, your brothers,
To the Gentile believers in Antioch,(A) Syria(B) and Cilicia:(C)
Greetings.(D)
24 We have heard that some went out from us without our authorization and disturbed you, troubling your minds by what they said.(E) 25 So we all agreed to choose some men and send them to you with our dear friends Barnabas and Paul—
