3 When they had been sent on their way by the church,(A) they passed through both Phoenicia and Samaria, explaining in detail the conversion of the Gentiles, and they created great joy among all the brothers.
4 When they arrived at Jerusalem, they were welcomed by the church, the apostles, and the elders, and they reported all that God had done with them.(B) 5 But some of the believers from the party of the Pharisees stood up and said, “It is necessary to circumcise them and to command them to keep the law of Moses!”

New International Version
3 The church sent them on their way, and as they traveled through Phoenicia(A) and Samaria, they told how the Gentiles had been converted.(B) This news made all the believers very glad. 4 When they came to Jerusalem, they were welcomed by the church and the apostles and elders, to whom they reported everything God had done through them.(C)
5 Then some of the believers who belonged to the party(D) of the Pharisees(E) stood up and said, “The Gentiles must be circumcised and required to keep the law of Moses.”(F)
