Acts 16:2-4

2 The brethren of Lystra and Iconium regarded him highly, 3 and Paul decided to take him along. Therefore, he had him circumcised, because of the Jews in that region who all knew that his father was a Greek.
4 As they traveled from town to town, they made known to the brethren there the decisions that had been reached by the apostles and the elders in Jerusalem for the people to obey.

2 The believers(A) at Lystra and Iconium(B) spoke well of him. 3 Paul wanted to take him along on the journey, so he circumcised him because of the Jews who lived in that area, for they all knew that his father was a Greek.(C) 4 As they traveled from town to town, they delivered the decisions reached by the apostles and elders(D) in Jerusalem(E) for the people to obey.(F)
