Acts 19:4-6
GOD’S WORD Translation
4 Paul said, “John’s baptism was a baptism of repentance.[a] John told people to believe in Jesus, who was coming later.”
5 After they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 6 When Paul placed his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came to them, and they began to talk in other languages and to speak what God had revealed.

New International Version
4 Paul said, “John’s baptism(A) was a baptism of repentance. He told the people to believe in the one coming after him, that is, in Jesus.”(B) 5 On hearing this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.(C) 6 When Paul placed his hands on them,(D) the Holy Spirit came on them,(E) and they spoke in tongues[a](F) and prophesied.
