²³ Though He was delivered up according to God’s determined plan and foreknowledge, you used^[a] lawless people^[b] to nail Him to a cross and kill Him.^(A)

⁴² He commanded us to preach to the people and to solemnly testify that He is the One appointed by God to be the Judge of the living and the dead.^(A)

²⁶ From one man^[a] He has made every nationality to live over the whole earth and has determined their appointed times and the boundaries of where they live.^(A)

³¹ because He has set a day when He is going to judge the world in righteousness by the Man He has appointed. He has provided proof of this to everyone by raising Him from the dead.”^(A)
